We’re so excited to welcome our friend and talented chef, Mikkel Karstad, for a special Chef Takeover event at Villette Wednesday 19th February at 18:00. Mikkel is all about cooking with the seasons, using fresh, local veggies to create simple, beautiful dishes that really hit the spot. You might know him from his stunning cookbook Evergreen or his time in top Michelin-starred kitchens. This is your chance to experience Mikkel’s laid-back, Nordic-inspired cooking with a 5-course menu for 450dkk that’s all about flavour and creativity.
