You’ll taste five wines - red, white, and orange - that highlight the modern Northern Rhône. Jean-François focuses on organic and sustainable winemaking, working with minimal intervention to bring out the true character of the terroir and grapes. He manages 5.8 hectares in the Saint Joseph region, producing wines that reflect the essence of Northern Rhône. Seven tapas-style delicacies will be served alongside the wines.
