Located at Hejrevej 6B, 2400 in the blossoming Fuglekvarteret, Rays Chicken, serves crispy, juicy, free-range chicken. Rays’ signature blend of spices coupled with a twenty four hour buttermilk brine and special double dredge technique locks in moisture and delivers a shattering crunch that pairs beautifully with the wide selection of craft beers available at Gamma Bar. The chicken and the fries, specially sourced from Belgium, are paired with Rays’ unique and decadent dips including a fermented hot honey, a classic honey mustard and Rays’ sauce. Rays fried chicken can be enjoyed by the basket that range in size from individual to large enough to feed a family or as a sandwich in an organic IPA spiked brioche bun.
