Join chefs Mette Søberg and Mattias from the Noma Test Kitchen for an evening at the long table at Noma, exploring the recipes, techniques, and ideas behind the newly published Noma Guide to Building Flavour. Chefs Mette and Mattias will share how the Test Kitchen approaches cooking, product development, and the building blocks of flavor. Guests will get a closer look at how Noma recipes are developed, adjusted, and brought to life, and work on their own creation using Noma ingredients. There will be light snacks served throughout the evening, along with the chance to create your own sauce inspired by Noma’s approach to flavour. Each guest will leave with their own sauce, a Noma Projects product, and a tote bag to take home. The Noma Guide to Building Flavour will be available for purchase, and guests are welcome to bring their copy to have it signed by chefs Mette and Mattias. A hands-on evening of cooking, tasting, and experimentation in Noma — led by the chefs behind some of Noma’s most iconic recipes.
