End of Summer Dinner

We are inviting you to an end-of-summer celebration – a slow and mindful transition into a new season, bringing together gentle movement, sound, nature, and a shared meal. The evening will begin with gentle yoga movement and a nourishing sound bath, creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reflect on the season that has passed. As we move into the evening, we’ll gather around a communal long-table dinner, surrounded by nature and the last warmth of summer. Our intention is simple: to bring people together around both a practice and a table. To reconnect – with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world around us. The evening will bring together a nourishing communal dinner, gentle movement and moments of reflection. Sitting low to the ground, surrounded by nature, we’ll slow down, reconnect and make space for the season ahead.
