Chef and co-owner of Old Friend in Cagliari, Dario was born and raised in Sardinia and has Iranian roots. After cooking across Europe, he returned home to create a place of his own.
At Old Friend, he brings Sardinian ingredients together with bold spices and unexpected combinations—always curious, never predictable.
