With a love for small-scale winemakers and wines that reflect the people and places behind them, Donna Vino brings a personal approach to every bottle 🍷 Throughout the evening, Katrine, owner of Donna Vino, will guide you through the wines as sommelier and storyteller, sharing their origins, personalities and the stories behind each bottle. Emiliano Falsini, the winemaker, will bring the vineyards and their stories to life, sharing his philosophy: “Artisan wines. True to their origins.” 🍇 And Zorana, our chef at Gro Spiseri, will translate the feeling of the wines into food. Inspired by Donna Vino’s carefully selected wines, she will create a seasonal five-course menu where each dish does more than simply complement the wine.
