Judie Beer Dinner in collaboration with Herslev Bryghus

An evening where beer takes centre stage... and everything else follows. At Judie, we have a deep love for beer, and for this special night, we’ve invited our friends from Herslev Bryghus to join us on board. Together, we’re creating an evening dedicated to flavour, craftsmanship and great company. Our head chef, Chris Franklin Andersen, has designed a menu where each dish is built around and paired with beers from Herslev. The dinner consists of 2 snacks and a 3-course menu. The evening is set as a long-table dinner: perfect for sharing the experience. Talk flavours, exchange impressions, and dive into the nuances of beer together. Lars from Herslev Bryghus will guide you through the evening, sharing stories behind the beers while pouring six carefully selected brews, all thoughtfully paired with the menu.
