Long table dinner with FAR and Nature Nic

Introducing the first event of the Valby Vinterfest programme - Long table dinner at @fabulacph hosted by @far_cph, joined by @natur_nic!

An evening dedicated to winter, good food and the stories nature has to tell.

Join us around one long table for a seasonal dinner created by FAR, the produce-focused kitchen at Fabula.

Joining us is biologist and nature enthusiast Nature Nic, who will share his fascination with how nature changes as winter approaches. From shifting colours and falling leaves to mushrooms, birds and the slower rhythms of the season, Nic invites us to look a little closer at what's happening around us and hopefully inspires us to get outside and discover it for ourselves

Good food, interesting conversations and a lovely excuse to spend a November evening together.
