Rufino Osteria turns 10… and we’re kicking off the celebration week in style 🍷🔥 We’re starting big — with two Sicilian Rockstars. From Alcamo (Sicily) to Copenhagen, we made it happen to bring together these two legends… and yeah, we’re pretty damn proud to call them friends. In the kitchen, Surt — the iconic pizzeria led by Giuseppe Oliva. This time, we’re pulling him slightly out of his comfort zone… no (just) pizza. Expect a few special dishes, including pasta inspired by childhood memories — sapuri di casa, the kind that hits you straight in the heart. On the wine side, Alessandro Viola — one of Sicily’s most exciting winemakers, bringing bottles full of energy, character, and pure Mediterranean soul. Two Sicilians, one night — bedda festa, manciari e viviri, just how it should be.
