For one night only, Øens Have and Restaurant Domestic come together for a shared celebration of summer, seasonality, and locally sourced produce.

On 30 July, the teams behind Øens Have and Restaurant Domestic will create a unique dining experience in Øens Have, brought together by a shared belief in seasonal cooking, organic farming, and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu will be shaped by the season and the harvest, accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing

Fish will be served as part of the menu, carefully sourced by Fiskerikajen from local, low-impact fisheries.
