Palate Cleanser: the ideals restaurant Presented by MAD Academy Alumni Long hours, irresponsible ingredients, and unpaid labor plague the restaurant industry, and many guests dine in places that don’t align with their values. Would eating at a restaurant where the hidden costs of food are revealed still be palatable? MAD alumni put ideals on the menu, highlighting hospitality’s complexities, even as they reimagine how passion, craft, and community can create a delicious experience for workers and guests alike. Tickets are exclusively sold in pairs of 2 guests due to the layout of the restaurant. The price below is per person. The price does not include ticket fees. Your host Pop-up coordinators, Agnese and Aly, are both alumni of MAD academy's hospitality education program for Business and Leadership, and Environment and Sustainability.
