Manager at Bar Amore, originally from São Paulo, with years of experience both in the kitchen and front of house is taking over the kitchen and bringing a little taste of home.


Pastel de feira is a typical fried pastry from São Paulo. It’s believed that Japanese immigrants adapted Chinese fried pastries like wontons and spring rolls, using a thinner dough and ingredients available in Brazil. Traditionally eaten on Sundays at food markets with a glass of sugarcane juice.
