Born in the UK and raised mostly in Ireland, Colm grew up with the Sunday roast as a staple. For this special Friday edition, he’s bringing that tradition to Østerbro.
Colm developed his craft at @thefumbally, one of Dublin’s enduring food spots, before moving to Copenhagen two years ago. Today, you can find him cooking at @aurensdeli in Frederiksberg.
