Bruno Meneses is a Portuguese chef currently working in Copenhagen, bringing a relaxed and flavour-driven approach inspired by traditional Portuguese food culture.
With experience from restaurants, hotels and events, his cooking focuses on honest ingredients, bold Mediterranean flavours and dishes made for sharing. Inspired by Portuguese comfort food, natural ingredients and Mediterranean flavours, Bruno brings a modern take on classic Portuguese sandwiches to FUNHOUSE — mixing tradition, creativity and good vibes.
Expect garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, good bread and a lot of Portuguese soul.
