This is NØKKEN, a Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA made in collaboration with Ghost Town Brewing, our favorite producer of West Coast IPA. It features a combination of Bad Seed & Ghost Town process & recipe tricks, and with our biggest hop load in an IPA, EVER! It is loaded with Mosaic (T90, Cryo & Dynaboost), Nelson (T90 & Hyperboost), Strata & Simcoe hops. It bursts with bright & dank hop flavors of blueberry kush, pineapple gummies, diesel, passionfruit, tropical white grape, grapefruit, and a real dry & bitter finish!
