Rethinking our world through food

his Saturday we will have the honour of hosting one of our big heroes @carolynsteel.sitopia to give a talk about food and the city! During the evening, we will explore and discuss the role farmers markets play in making local, seasonal, and fresh food more accessible in cities while bridging the knowledge gap from farm to fork and building resilient communities in public, urban spaces. All ticket sales will be donated to @gracekbh , who do fantastic work providing meals and shelter for temporarily unhoused people in Copenhagen. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL! After the talk, @thecountryteaser and @bewleyrich will be frying fish & chips served with traditional marrowfat mushy peas, directly sourced from @hodmedods and plenty of beers! ???? Get your tickets for both the talk and food through the links in bio The evening is organised by Grønt Marked and @slowfooddanmark , as part of a series of events to highlight and celebrate the work done by the winners of the 2023 Slow Food Danmark Awards.
