On Thursday 17 September, we’re handing over the Friheden kitchen to Essence Dining for an evening dedicated to the South African tradition of braai — a social BBQ experience centred around fire, food and good company. Essence Dining is a South African-inspired dining concept bringing bold flavours, fire cooking and a love for communal dining to the table. From 16:00–21:00, Essence Dining will take over the kitchen and serve their South African-inspired menu, both inside and outside at Friheden. Please note: this is a complete kitchen takeover, so our regular Friheden menu will not be available in the evening. From 16:00, it’s all about Essence Dining. Come hungry, gather your people and join us for an evening around the fire. 🔥
