The Pizza Series Vol. 1

For one Sunday, Riviera becomes a special pizzeria.

Each time, we invite a pizza maker we love to take over the kitchen, and together with some of our favourite local farmers, we build pizzas around the most beautiful and delicious products of the season.

For Vol.1 we're inviting Luca, an incredible baker from Italy who, after years across Europe — from Albatross in Berlin to the legendary Longoni in Milano — now travels the world bringing his craft and creating events revolving around bread.

Joining him is Leon from @hyldemarken, who will bring from his beautiful farm, fresh vegetables and his whole world of delicious potato varieties to build unforgettable pizza combinations. Expect special desserts, great drinks, and good vibes.
