Matching Grapes welcomes you to an evening dedicated to one of the most exciting and still underexplored wine countries in the world: Lebanon 🇱🇧

Lebanon is one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions, where winemaking traditions go back thousands of years. Today, a new generation of producers is redefining what Lebanese wine means — combining indigenous grapes, Mediterranean freshness, and a modern, experimental approach.

This evening you will explore wines from Domaine Wardy, Domaine de Baal, and Vertical 33 — three producers showcasing very different perspectives on Lebanese terroir, from structured reds to aromatic whites and expressive, contemporary blends.

Look forward to a session with:

- Tasting of 6 expressive and characterful Lebanese wines

- Introduction to one of the world’s most historic yet underrated wine regions

- Insight into native grape varieties, alongside international grapes
