WINEMAKER TASTING WITH WEINGUT BINZEL 495 DKK Join us at Mélo for an evening with Michael, the winemaker behind Weingut Binzel, as we explore the winery through a selection of both sparkling and still wines. The main focus of the tasting will be on their sparkling wines—ranging from fresh, vibrant styles to more layered and complex expressions—offering a closer look at what German sparkling wine can truly be. Alongside this, we will also taste a white and a red wine to give a fuller picture of the winery’s style. During the evening, you will taste 6 wines: 4 sparkling wines 1 white wine 1 red wine All wines are served as half glasses, creating a generous and immersive tasting experience.
