Hi! My Name is Akiva. I am partner and house sommelier at Restaurant Baka D'Busk in Rantzausgade. Educated as a blacksmith, and having a great passion for the natural wine world. I began my restaurant journey 4 years ago with the love of interacting with guests and trying to give them a memorable experience.
