Winemaker & Owner

Annamária Réka Koncz

Hello! My name is Annamária, I am the owner and winemaker at "réka.koncz" wines in Hungary. I have been living in Copenhagen in the past 11 years, of which 8 I worked at Terroiristen Winebar – we go way back. Having an academic career in horticulture & agriculture, topping that with living in the natural wine centric community in Copenhagen, made me realize that I had something special right where I grew up, so I purchased 3 hectares of old vineyards, close to my hometown in Hungary. I still spend much time in Copenhagen, it is my second home, and these are my favorite places.

Husmanns Vinstue

» Well, smørrebrød is something I crave all the time when I am away from Copenhagen (but TBH, also when I am there...). There is just something about the traditional flavor combinations and toppings you should not mess with. Husmanns is old-school and traditional, the friendliest service and I am always amazed how the waiters can pour up my schnapsglas without even looking: right up to the edge, no space left unused. «

» One of my favorite places to hang out: be it a concert, playing board games, eating or having a beer in the backyard. I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way, but it is for a reason. This place just has it. «

Fovl

nordvest

» A small and cosy winebar/café on Sneppevej in Nordvest". It is unpretentious with friendly service, interesting and open-minded selection of natural wines, beers. Quality organic food, bread and pastries from their sister bakery/bar/bistro, Flere Fugle, which I recommend to check out just as much. «

Dispensary

» I am a sucker for expertise and skilled personnel, and when it is coupled with Rancid being played from the speakers, I am sold. A huge selection of whisk(e)y, gin and craft beer on taps. «

Arrebo

nørrebro

» A café looking directly to the Black Square in Nørrebro, which became a habit of my to visit, getting a "kardemommesnurre" or a pistachio pastry with a flat white. I just like to sit here and watch people stroll through the Black and the Red Square. I like that I am not allowed to use my laptop here :) «
