Collective Bakery

“I have known and worked with the guys from The Coffee Collective for more than a decade. I have always admired their methodic approach to improve quality and sustainability and their insistence on why these can never be separated. It’s great to see how they a bringing that philosophy into bread baking and I am happy to have such a great competitor and colleague to Rondo in my own neighborhood!”
