I'm Daniel - I work as a drinks journalist focusing on whisky and wine. My book "Japansk whisky og anden asiatisk single malt i verdensklasse" just came out in Danish - an extensive research project where I visited each and every distillery I write about in Japan, India, and Taiwan.

»I come here mostly for Roy's brilliant cocktails. His twist on a Godfather with Talisker and coffee oil made from grape seeds is mindblowing. Besides the cocktail menu, they have some quite interesting Scottish single malts and rums as well.«

Bo-Bi Bar

»One of the classiest bodegas in town. It's a great place for a classic pilsner and a boiled egg if you're a bit hungry. Just love the atmosphere and their really old wallpapers.«
