Hi there, I'm Darcy

Hello! I’m from London but have been living in Copenhagen for the last 5 (or so) years. I fell in love with the hospitality industry here and with coffee in particular and I set up Darcy’s Kaffe a little over 2 years ago. I live for exploring the world of coffee and offering guests a chance to join in!

»Frederiksberg for the best Gyoza in town and possibly the best ramen in a very surprising place. Great Japanese beers for a good price in the fridge, too.«

»Delicious pasta dishes in a casual spot in the center of town for a more than decent price. I would get pomodoro (with a healthy dollop of stracciatella) and a beer.«

»Best ice cream and pastries in town. Lovely place run by great people pursuing amazing taste. I would have a milk ice cream, batch brew of Koppi coffee, and a croissant (or two).«

Lille Bakery

»So much love went into building this place and making it happen and you can feel that when you’re there. I would ride out there for just one of their sausage rolls with fennel.«
