Hi there, I'm Diego

I'm an Italian chef from the Veneto area in Northern Italy. I've travelled a lot and cooked many different places in the world. I've gotten inspiration for my cooking in all the countries I've been to, and I combine these with the tastes of the old, traditional Italian kitchen that I grew up with. I try to bring the experience and love that I got from my grandparents' cooking into my own food.
