Hi, we are Luca, Jon, and Frederik and together we started Fabro pasta almost 4 years ago. Fabro was born from the idea of creating a little piece of Italy on a street corner of Copenhagen. Where we started with traditional recipes from my grandmother who was born in Fabro, a little village in Italy.
