Hi, I am Frederik! I grew up in the suburbs of Copenhagen, in a family with a close connection to the hospitality industry! The past 4 years my focus has been working with healthy and pure wines at Kødbyens Fiskebar. Which has also let me to start a small wine import called Simply Grapes.

»The most interesting wine list in town. No discussion. But just let the guys decide, they know. Food is delicate and super tasty. Their Saturday lunch is my favorite time of the week. If I am lucky and they have an open spot, I might stay for dinner as well!«
