Hi, I'm Jonas. I'm the chef at Restaurant Frank, a contemporary local restaurant in the city center. I find joy in solid authentic meals in low key settings amongst good people. Previously, I've worked at local restaurants like Kong Hans, Geranium and Estela in New York, to mention a few.
