15 years in hospitality have shaped a deep passion for wine, people, and dining experiences. I hold a leadership degree and a Level 3 WSET certification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust, an internationally recognised qualification focused on wine tasting, knowledge, and food pairing). I run my own wine tasting company, Donna Vino, where I create curated, storytelling-driven experiences for private guests, with a strong focus on unique Italian wines from small, often undiscovered producers. With a half-Italian background, I have a deep personal connection to Italy’s wine culture and a strong passion for finding expressive, authentic wines with character and a sense of place.
