Hi there, I'm Maddy

Hey all! My name is Maddy Kostros, and I grew up in Melbourne, Australia! I’ve lived in Copenhagen now for over two years and import wine with österreich vin. Before coming to Copenhagen I was a wine maker! and I actually still have an amazing project down in Andalusia with the farm Finca La Donaira. I’ve worked as a winemaker around Germany, Austria and of course back in Australia. I think it was more than 10 years ago when I started in the wine world, selling wine and eventually drinking quite a lot of it too. All my choices reflect that necessary quality that true human interaction and connection embodies, the heart and soul which makes Copenhagen so unique, it’s the humans searching for elevation of comfort and experience.
