Hi. My name is Peter and I am the owner of and glasswasher at the bird. on Gl. Kongevej in Frederiksberg. I started my journey in the spirit industry in the last century. I love big flavours, a great atmosphere and killer drinks. Sports is my drug and kids are my mental fuel.
