Hi, I'm Philipp from the lederhosen wearing central part of Europe aka Austria. I spent some time at Noma and Relæ as well as some restaurants around tokyo. I opened up slurp ramen about 4 years ago and Kona, a Japanese inspired eatery in Carlsbergbyen last year. Love delicious food, and sharing it with great people.
