Hi there, I'm Rasmus

Hey! My name is Rasmus Sjødahl and I opened Bageriet Benji this year. My background is mostly in kitchens and CrossFit centres, but now most of the time goes towards baking.

Nordisk Falafel

»Literally the best, cheapest, healthiest fast food.   Always go for the big Falafel box!«

Balderdash

»Sometimes you wanna to go, where everybody knows your name. Oh, and by far the best Old Fashioned on rye.«

Alouette

»I met Nick almost 10 years ago in NYC and ever since he and Camilla opened Alouette it has been the place for all major celebrations. Apart from having Copenhagens most beautiful dinning room, the service and vibe there is some of the most personal!«

Batting Bakery

»Lars did Sourdough bread and epic croissants before any of us young pups knew what fermentation was. Their techniques and quality still kick most of Copenhagen's butt. When in doubt, go to the OG.«
