Hi there, I'm Andrea

Hi, I am your friendly neighborhood ramen maker! Moved from Sardinia to Copenhagen pursuing the highest levels of the kitchen finesse, ended it up understanding that, flavour is the only thing that matters. Big manga passionate, still kinda figuring out why i cannot power up like in my favorite anime.

Den Vandrette

»Good friends, they are always there for you when you need them. Definitely the most fun wine cellar in the city.«

Gola

»The guys at Gola are making the best pizza slice in town. Pro tip: Always buy extra and eat it for breakfast — great hungover cure when your favorite ramen joint is closed.«

La Tre Street Kitchen

»Jimmy and Sam are two people that I highly respect, big passion for good food and challenges. Their food is simply delicious.«

Barkowski

»Stage of countless stories. Go there for their 5 Tuborg for 100kr deal.«

Alice

»Their croissants are hands down the best in town.«
