AMASS Fried Chicken makes a comeback at NORDHUS! On February 18 and 19, NORDHUS once again hands the reins to the legendary AMASS Fried Chicken, better known as AFC, after last year’s packed pop-up. The cult-favorite chicken was originally created by chef Matt Orlando during his tenure at the internationally acclaimed AMASS. Now at the helm of ESSE in Nordhavn, Orlando continues to challenge culinary conventions, pushing sustainability and flavor in equal measure. Guests can sit down to a family-style feast at NORDHUS’ long communal tables, featuring organic fried chicken, cornbread, coleslaw and a line-up of house-made dips.
