Andrea x Casamadre Pop-up

POP-UP AT @casamadrerestaurant WITH @tristanthomasheath! We’ve been granted the opportunity to host a pop-up in the beautiful spaces of @casamadrerestaurant, together with friend of Andrea, @tristanthomasheath, sous-chef at Marv and Ben, with a renowned background from Michelin-starred restaurants like Agern in New York City. The menu has been curated by Tristan, rooted in our current selection of wines from @andreaocchipinti, with a focus on introducing culinary experiences unfamiliar to most Danes. The menu is based on Sunday classics from New Orleans, Louisiana, while the atmosphere will be relaxed and inspired by the Italian Osteria style naturally found at @casamadrerestaurant.
