Bagel Belly & Rødder & Vin Bar – Bagels, Tinned Fish & Wine

What's cozier than a glass of wine at Rødder & Vin Bar? Maybe enjoying that wine while eating bagels topped lovingly with tinned fish! We're excited to announce a pop up in Rødder & Vin Bar with Bagel Belly for an afternoon of bagels, tinned fish and wine. You'll have two options to choose from: - Bagel with chopped smoked salmon, egg, pickled peppers, and chili crisp - Open faced bagel with creme fraiche and brisling topped heartily with green herbs, lemon, and chili flakes Both featuring fish from Grøndals beautiful selection of tinned delicacies. If you fancy a drink (which you do), your bagels can also be accompanied with wine selected by the house sommelier Solfinn himself.
