Bagel Belly Sandwich Counter

Join us Saturday 21 Feb at Darcy’s on Sønder Boulevard for a trip to the sandwich counters of yore. Bagel Belly will be serving sourdough bagels topped with two staples: 1. Smoked trout salad Our take on whitefish salad — smoked trout blended with herbs, mayo, fresh shallots, carrots, and lemon. A deli classic for a reason. 2. Slow-roasted beef brisket Made by your friend Russell from @baellevin. Topped with slaw and extra brisket drippings. Schmear-only bagels also available, with veggie and vegan options for those skipping fish or meat. All served with a handsome pickle. Top it off with a homemade egg cream or cream soda made with love by the Darcy's crew. For those on the go, the takeaway window will also be open!
