Beaujolais Nouveau at Josephine

It's that time of year again when the new Beaujolais Nouveau arrives! This year it will be poured (from 6pm) from a 6L bottle by Sylvère and Mathilde themselves, who are behind Séléné, and who make the iconic Beaujolais wine! There will also be a selection of other bottles of nouveau from Guy Breton, Oedipoda & Jean Foillard. Our own Edith will have a pot (actually more than one!) of “petit salé aux lentilles” - lentils with Morteau sausage, plus some other snacks. Adrien Pastor from Panama will be providing the music (6-9pm) and we hope to see YOU! The first bottles will be opened at 17:00.
