By accessing and using Jungle ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Jungle is a platform connecting food and beverage enthusiasts with recommendations from industry professionals in Copenhagen. We provide discovery tools, event ticketing, and business management features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. User Content
Users may submit content including recommendations, reviews, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content but grant Jungle a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
5. Purchases and Payments
When purchasing tickets or vouchers through Jungle, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All sales are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers and venues.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
7. Limitation of Liability
Jungle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
