colombian community dinner

irst community dinner of the year y'all! a la colombiana mis amores ❤️ we will have fried, crunchy green plantain with a lovely love letter to a kind of Colombian chutney with onion and paprika. then a profoundly aromatic fish soup with cassava and coconut rice and some spicy coriander situation - in Colombia babies get fed this liquid gold as newborns if they are a bit poorly. True story! and think crispy wafers (obleas), like the ones you get at mass kind of, with dulce de leche and quince jam to finish off the evening.
