Darcy’s Supper Club: We met at a dinner party

Chili and Marie have a curious approach to cooking and draw inspiration from countries where more time is devoted to both cooking and eating. At the supper club dinner, they will create a nourishing menu for body and mind, full of flavors and ingredients inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. The menu will feature a sharing concept, with several smaller dishes such as humus, za'atar bread, labneh with roasted beets and herbs, dukkah roasted cauliflower with tahini dressing and a few more surprises. We're finishing off with a seasonal pavlova.
