On Thursday, 9 July, Josephine in Amager is welcoming Escapade for a kitchen takeover!

What is Escapade? We are trying to connect hospitality culture. Make food that sparks your curiosity and satiates your hunger. Bring everyone together in an atmosphere where you can come in to relax, or to dance yourself silly. The Goal is for you to enjoy the moment!

Together, we bring experiences from some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Ilis, Kadeau, and Momofuku. At Josephine, escapade will be cooking a light, vegetable-forward à la carte menu. Think a mix of nordic approach to preservation meets refined take on American classics. Produce is key! Chefs Oliver and Wilson will be cooking!
