This Thursday, Ametà Bakery is hosting a Polish-style donut pop-up with special guest baker Karolina, a Polish baker currently at Juno the Bakery. Fat Thursday (Tłusty Czwartek) is a Polish tradition celebrating the last indulgence before Lent, marked by eating donuts (pączki in Polish, bomboloni in Italian ✌️).
