Join us for a unique pop-up experience: Tea, Fermentation & Snacking! Recommended contribution: 60 DKK (Your support helps us cover materials and continue our research into sustainable tea and fermentation. We will kindly ask you for a donation before the event starts.) What to expect: A hands-on workshop atmosphere where you can: * Sample European-sourced teas * Create your own fermented Christmas gifts * Cook and taste dishes using your ferments The pop-up is divided into three one-hour sessions. Choose your slot and let us guide you through sustainable tea drinking, hands-on fermentation, and tasting flavors with ferments. Please bring your own jar for the fermentation station. All other equipment is provided. About Frizzy’s: Frizzy’s is a new startup bringing sustainable tea culture to Copenhagen, and exploring the world of fermentation and flavor experimentation.
