Gabi & Eskild Celebrate Danish Grains

We continue our guest chef series with bakers/chefs Gabi and Eskild who met while baking at Collective Bakery. Their Portuguese & Danish backgrounds come together with Eskild’s interests in local produce and foraging, and Gabi’s love for vegetarian and Mediterranean cuisine.
