Past Event Gabi & Eskild Celebrate Danish Grains
We continue our guest chef series with bakers/chefs Gabi and Eskild who met while baking at Collective Bakery. Their Portuguese & Danish backgrounds come together with Eskild’s interests in local produce and foraging, and Gabi’s love for vegetarian and Mediterranean cuisine. The two will prepare a 5-course, vegetarian communal style dinner that merges several food cultures while focusing on a shared fascination for grains. Including pasta.
