Garbolund wine tasting

On May 28, we’re welcoming the Danish Garbolund winery and its wine producer, Bertel to Vinfar! Bertel is behind some of Denmark’s most exciting natural wines, crafted in Nordsjælland using organic grapes, wild fermentation and nothing added – just pure expression of terroir. He’s bringing a selection of Garbolund wines for us to taste while sharing insights about vineyard work, local grape varieties and philosophy behind each bottle. Come for the wine, stay for the stories – and stick around after the tasting, the kitchen is open and we’ll finish just in time for dinner!
