Georgia is believed to be the birthplace of wine and they have made wine, using clay vessels called qvevri and minimal intervention, for over 8000 years. We’ll serve 3 different Georgian wines, a deep white, a bold skin-contact orange and a bright red, alongside vibrant, homemade Georgian dishes - think walnuts, fresh herbs, grilled meats and fermented flavors.
